Well established congenial firm specializing in Taft Hartley and governmental plans in California, Hawaii, Nevada and Utah, seeks an Attorney with 1 or more years of experience in withdrawal liability litigation under ERISA. This role offers the opportunity to work from our Los Angeles or Bay Area office, with the flexibility of remote work., on contract or contract-to-hire basis, with the potential for a long-term engagement. While federal litigation experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, research, and writing skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills necessary for effective client engagement. Candidates must sit in California, this position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with opportunity for occasional in-person client meetings. California bar license is required.Key Responsibilities:Handle withdrawal liability litigation matters under ERISA.Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.Collaborate effectively with clients and other service providers.Occasionally attend client meetings, either remotely or in person.
